Refunds and cancelling

A draft, to be checked before the site goes live.

The game is free

Playing costs nothing here: the Dungeon Master runs on your own Claude or ChatGPT plan, which is between you and that company.

Supporters

Supporting the game is a monthly membership, sold through Paddle, our reseller. It renews every month until you cancel.

• A full refund within 14 days of any payment, for any reason. Ask through the link on Paddle's receipt, or write to us and we'll see it done.
• Cancel any time, from the link on Paddle's receipt or your account page. The membership runs to the end of the month already paid, and nothing more is taken.
• After 14 days, a month already paid isn't refunded in part.

Your right to withdraw

As a consumer in the European Union you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of it without giving a reason. The 14-day refund above is at least that: asking for it is withdrawing.
