You start as a guest in today's world, with nothing to sign up for. A guest's run is kept for a day after its last turn; keep it for good from the window when you quit.
No computer to hand? Play in the Claude app
Add the game to Claude as a connector, on the web, the desktop app or your phone, and start a chat from its play prompt. It's the same world and the same save, without the window's map and tabs.
